We had special visitors to our garage sale, the Briargate Gals from Ray Graham Association! Thank you to everyone who attended our event. A huge thank you to our club members who donated items, helped organize the sale and who donated their time. A successful day!

What are we reading?
The Wedding People by Alison Espach
Next Meeting is November 17th at 7 pm at the Café in the Highlands Presbyterian Church, 1902 W 59th Street, La Grange Highlands.
Our last book was The Ghostwriter. The overall opinion? Thrilling murder mystery with a lot of family secrets, and a ton of heartbreaking situations!
About Us
We get together the 1st Tuesday of each month (September - May) at 7:00 pm, usually at the Highlands Presbyterian Church. This is a great way to meet new people and make new friends!
WHAT WE DO...
Raise money to support a Charity of the Year. This year our charity is the Ray Graham Associated (raygraham.org).
- Donate funds to local charities such as BEDSPlus, Brain Up, St. Cletus Food Pantry, Interfaith Community Partners, Troop/Pack 216, local Girl Scouts and many more!
- Provide scholarships to LTHS graduating seniors.
- Donate funds to support District 106 and the PTC.
Network and have fun with like-minded women in the community.
Membership is open to all residents within the LaGrange Highlands School District 106 and the LaGrange Highlands boundaries and the surrounding communities.
DUES: $25/year
As a 501(c)(4) organization, contributions/donations to the LaGrange Highlands Woman's Club are not tax deductible.
LHWC is not associated with any religious nor political organization.

Our History
The Highlands and surrounding area has a closely-knit, friendly relationship that developed through church, civic, and community groups. One of the first groups, organized in March, 1946, was ten women who formed a sewing circle. From the group, the LaGrange Highlands Woman’s Club evolved.
Twice, Woman’s Home Companion cited us as an outstanding club, based upon our accomplishments and progress. Our goal is to continue to serve you, the residents of our community.
We are happy to have you with us on our journey! We also hope that the Club will provide you with a feeling of camaraderie and commitment, which will enable us to continue to be a viable element of School District 106.
